Incan World Gifts is a family owned business. We have offices in Lima, Peru with our main office based in South Florida. We are passionate about the products we offer and are proud to share our Peruvian heritage with our clients. Our mission is to offer the best quality handmade products at a great price. About our products

We offer a variety of gorgeous and original gifts for any occasion. All of our products are hand selected and individually handmade by our talented artisans and craftsmen using ancient traditional techniques that have been passed down by their ancestors for centuries. These are not mass produced items. Since all products are 100% handmade and depend on the natural state of each piece, there are slight color, size and design variations. For this reason, each finished product truly is a one of a kind work of art.

Shipping

At Incan World Gifts, all purchases are carefully packed and shipped. We have different shipping options: ground shipping 5-7 business days (only $5.95), 3-day shipping (only $8.75), two day and 1-business-day Express shipping are additional and depend on the order. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. The shipping option selected will begin at that point.

If you have a PO Box, please let us know.

We ship within the Continental US ONLY. We do not ship to AP APO, AE APO, AA APO or FP FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

Your business is very valuable to us and our number one priority is customer satisfaction.

If for any reason your item(s) arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item. Returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. You will be credited upon arrival of returned items in original condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You must notify us immediately and complete the return within 14 days of receipt of item. We do require that all returned items be packaged properly and shipped thru a reputable company. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless of course it was our mistake.

Please note refunds will NOT be granted after the 14 day period. You must obtain a "return authorization" by e-mail with instructions prior to shipping anything back. Please indicate reason for return along with product and item number.

Prices

Price fluctuation occurs primarily because our products are available directly from the Artisans and therefore foreign currency fluctuation impacts their price in dollars. These changes are typically very small, although in some cases due to fuel cost increases, the price swings can be noticeable. Another factor in price fluctuation is that artists have control over their pricing and can change their prices based on the supply and demand of their products.

Out of Stock Products

We do not restock all of our products, although if there is high demand on a particular item that is out of stock please let us know and we will do all possible to restock the product.
